The Noble Way Community Veterans Program is built by U.S. veterans, for U.S. veterans, driven by a deep passion to serve those who have served our country. Our program is designed to provide comprehensive, holistic support to veterans as they transition back into civilian life. We understand the unique challenges veterans face and have crafted our services to meet these needs, focusing on peer support, skills development, rehabilitation, and overall wellness.

This peer-led approach ensures that veterans receive the understanding and empathy that only those with similar experiences can provide. Support Animals: Recognizing the therapeutic benefits of support animals, our program provides access to emotional support and service animals. These companions are integral to the healing and recovery process for many veterans. Trade and Technical Skills Training: We offer training in trade and technical skills, empowering veterans to embark on new career paths. This component includes certifications and job placement assistance in fields such as construction, technology, and other skilled trades. Rehabilitation and Recovery: Our program includes comprehensive rehabilitation services addressing physical, mental, and emotional health. This includes physical and occupational therapy, as well as specialized programs for substance abuse recovery, tailored to the needs of veterans. Medication Management: We have licensed and board certified providers that provide support in managing medications, ensuring that veterans adhere to their prescribed treatment plans. This service is crucial for those dealing with chronic conditions or mental health challenges. Housing and Transportation: Stable housing and reliable transportation are essential for successful reintegration. Our program offers assistance in securing affordable housing and provides transportation services, ensuring veterans can access the resources they need. Holistic Wellness: We believe in a holistic approach to wellness, offering: Nutrition: Guidance on balanced diets and nutritional counseling to promote physical health. Herbal Treatment: Introduction to herbal remedies and alternative treatments to complement traditional medicine. Mindfulness and Spirituality: Programs focusing on mindfulness practices, meditation, and spiritual growth to enhance mental well-being and overall life satisfaction.

Senior Chief Antone Anthony, CSCS(SW), USN (Retired) 

 Program Manager & Veterans Relations Manager

Meet Senior Chief Antone Anthony, CSCS(SW), USN (Retired) – Program Manager & Veterans Relations Manager At the heart of our mission to serve veterans and their families is Senior Chief Antone Anthony, a decorated veteran and inspiring leader with a lifetime of dedication to his country and community. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Senior Chief Anthony brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and unwavering commitment to his role as Program Manager and Veterans Relations Manager. A Distinguished Military Career Senior Chief Anthony joined the United States Navy in 1990, embarking on a remarkable 21-year career that shaped him into a leader of integrity and resilience. His service includes deployments in pivotal global operations, such as the Gulf War, Desert Storm, Desert Shield, the Battle of Mogadishu, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Ocean Shield. Retiring in November 2011, he left the Navy as a Senior Chief Culinary Specialist (CSCS) with honors that reflect his dedication and courage. A Second Career of Service Following his military career, Senior Chief Anthony continued his journey of service with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Initially joining the VA Police Department in 2012, he later transitioned to the Nutrition and Food Service Department, where he swiftly rose through the ranks to become Program Manager in 2015. Over nearly a decade with the VA, Senior Chief Anthony demonstrated a deep understanding of veteran needs, program oversight, and operational excellence, retiring from the VA in 2021. A Perfect Fit for Our Mission Senior Chief Anthony's extensive leadership background, combined with his firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by veterans, makes him the ideal Program Manager and Veterans Relations Manager. His proven track record of successfully managing programs, fostering meaningful relationships, and advocating for veterans ensures that he will make a profound impact in this role. With his unparalleled experience and passion for supporting those who have served, Senior Chief Anthony embodies the spirit of resilience, dedication, and community. We are honored to have him on our team, driving initiatives that empower veterans and their families.
